Raising the qualifications of employees through participation in trainings is one of the key goals of the DarkWave project.
In February and March 2022, members of AstroCeNT team took part in a certified training on PRINCE2 project management methodology. PRINCE2 is a project management approach based on organizing and controlling the entire project from start to finish. This means careful planning of the project before the start, a clear organization of all stages of the process and the urgent elimination of all defects before the project is completed.
DarkWave has funded the training of research team leaders and administrative staff who use the knowledge gained to improve the level of coordination of ongoing projects, including DarkWave.
