At the beginning of July, Astrocent technician Maciej Kuzwa visited Genoa to take part in technical workshops organized by National Institute for Nuclear Physics Genoa<\/a>.
During this workshop, the current design and solutions used in the side panels of the DS-20k detector were discussed, as well as the needs and potential problems of current solutions. The purpose of Maciej’s trip was also to work on a 3D model taking into account the arrangement and shape of foils (reflectors) and vPDU module mountings, determining the route of cables around the detector and establishing a work schedule.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
